Paypal problem

Hey....
I have tried to donate a few times now..
I can't donate much, but I want to anyway..
So..every time I try to donate I get the error message:
This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

I saw that others are having the same problem..so I thought I open a thread for it.
Maybe you can fix this or help me or whatever!

How? Well I click on "Donations" and then choose my currency and the amount of money I want to donate and then click on the paypal button..
