Large file/Video Hosts

For the last few months, many posts have been made (especially in CU's Celebrity Videos section) which utilize hosts that are not permitted by our Rules because they are "Cash-for-Clicks" or "Cash-for-Downloads" sites. This occurred because our Moderators and Admins were not aware that these hosts were in this category. Effective immediately these hosts: user_cash, image cash, Hotfile, Depositfiles, and Filesonic may not be used and posts made with content from them or any other cash-for-access site will be removed.

Only hosts that do not pay users for access are permitted here.
